The hotel is spotlessly clean. the staff at the reception desk are responsive. - the rooftop view is splendid. - the room is very well decorated. - the breakfast and local food selection are delicious. - the hotel's location in the middle of the city is convenient. - It is easy to access a famous street from the hotel.

Spotless and trendy room with very good amenities and high speed WiFi, as for instance, great value.

I appreciated the chic-style building. The spacious and bright room with tasteful furnishings was great. The location was perfect, next to the main square and shops of various shapes and sizes. It was also near the Grand Via, the main shopping district, in a new area.

Clean, tidy, staff is above praise... Center. Location is chic... rooms are very quiet, despite the noise outside. Comfortable beds, bathroom. towels are changed every day... Bathrobes, slippers.

The central location is fantastic for exploring local restaurants and bars, making it a great spot for a trip here.

Location, price and comfort were above average. The staff were really friendly and helpful. . They do try to be as helpful as possible. The location was ok, only a short walk to Gran Via. Not the best street with construction going on, but we didn't mind.

We did have trouble with the air conditioner, mostly during the night, so it was difficult to complain at the time. Also, we did not get a wake up call, so it was a good thing that we also set an alarm. Upon leaving, the manager came out and apologized for the wake up call and helped us with our luggage to our waiting taxi.

The room was all set with our daughters bed. It was clean and a great set-up for us as a family with young children

Wifi was spotty. It was quite pretty noisy outside the second night and we were on the first floor. Generally speaking, I liked the hotel enough to stay again, but on a higher floor and not on the end where the wifi was spotty.
